Randy spent 20 + years as an accomplished and creative Business District Manager for a Fortune 500 company overseeing operations, training and development of people.  Randy’s leadership and knowledge of operational excellence along with a proven track record in business led to numerous regional and national awards. Randy has lived in Las Vegas for 12 years and has always been active in community, school and church service. Randy always had his pulse on the local market having been interested in real estate and decided to become a REALTOR full time.
